Who Are We?
We are a husband and wife team, Han and Su. HS investment represents my wife “Su” and me, “Han” to show our togetherness as a family. We work together as a family to create generational wealth and build a legacy.
What do We do?
We work to create long-term wealth for capital appreciation, cash flow, asset protection, and wealth building for future generations by investing in commercial real estate such as apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, etc.

Meet With Our Team
Managing Principal
Han has been an active duty member of the United States Navy as a First-Class Petty Officer for seven years. He is now stationed on shore duty and entirely focusing on building multi-family apartment portfolios.
Han joined the United States Navy in 2015 and bought his first house in the same year. Then, he acquired one more single-family home and one duplex while stationed at sea duty in Norfolk, VA. In March 2020, he invested in 104 Apartment Marina Point Apartment in Chesapeake, VA. Then, he invested in two more apartment complexes as a passive investor. At the beginning of 2022, he partnered with Apartment Buying Guys and Grey Capital and acquired 127 units of an apartment complex in Dallas, Texas, and 113 units of self-storage facilities in Wimberley, Texas.
Besides that, Han is a host of Active Duty Passive Income, a Military Real Estate Investment meet-up group in Atsugi, Japan to educate real estate investment and create long-term wealth through real estate investing.
Chief Financial Controller
Su Aung
Su has ten years’ experience in finance in the different corporate organizations, from trading, oil, and gas to logistics. She oversees, maintains, and control of funds and cash flow.
Over the years, Su has acquired a taste for managing multi-family investment cash-flows and now works as a diligent leader of the finance teams at HS Investment.
She develops cash management solutions and monitors the financial performance of the firm. She compiles and analyzes various financial reports and prepare annual operating budget for principals and investors.
